Welcome to Caulfield Junior College. We are a school committed to maximising student achievement in teaching and learning which is evidenced by high academic performance. Student learning is inquiry focussed with high importance placed on the development of each student’s learning potential through challenge, investigation, reflection, lateral and critical thinking. The individual academic, social and emotional needs of all students are a high priority. The aim of this focus is to cater for individual differences and enhance the opportunity for connection and positive emotional dialogue between the student and school life. The integration of Information Communication Technologies throughout the curriculum strengthens the stimulating programs offered. Caulfield Junior College is an internationally accredited school with a rich multicultural mix of students. The school hosts a unique French Section Elective program, a Hebrew Immersion Program and a range of additional enrichment programs including a sister school relationship with a school in New Zealand. As part of this program, senior students engage in an exchange visit. The school has also recently introduced a comprehensive P-6 camping program. Parents are fully involved with the school through school council, an active parents committee, supporting new families, and generally creating a warm community feel. Caulfield Junior College has recently opened its new 21st century learning area and an attractive all weather oval. The core values of Caulfield Junior College are respect, responsibility, love of learning, integrity and harmony. These values are strongly embedded in every aspect of school life.
